• How does the free account work?

  You can sign up for free without any commitment. You can add one camera to your account and use it free of charge.
  
  The free allowance is 250 recorded events per month and 50 events in your account at any one time. And there is no time limit. If you only ever use the free account, you will incur no charge at all.

• What does a SecurityStation account cost?

  If you wish to upgrade from the free account, the cost is just £5 / €5 / $5.99 per month with an allowance of up to 2 cameras / 2000 recorded events per month.
  
  Then for every additional camera / 1000 events the cost is just £5 / €5 / $5.99 per month. This includes taxes where applicable.

• Is there a minimum contract period?

  No, there is no minimum contract period. You can cancel at any time and you can increase and decrease your allowances as you go along. So you only pay for what you need.
  
  Note that we don’t give refunds, so you may miss out a little if you cancel or downgrade halfway through a billing period.

• How do you pay?

  You can sign up for free and without providing any card details. You will only start paying if you upgrade from the free account. All main debit and credit cards are accepted.
  
  Charges are monthly in advance and payments for monthly recurring charges are taken automatically until you cancel. Invoices are provided.
