System Maintenance Completed
In follow-up to today’s system maintenance we’d like to inform our customers and free account holders that everything went smoothly and the 2 hour downtime we had scheduled was not required. Whilst there was a short period where events were not captured (approx 20 minutes) there was no front-end downtime and all cameras and previously-processed events remained available.
This update brings to a conclusion our current efforts to improve processing times for events. We have more updates in the works and hope to bring further significant improvements to SecurityStation within the next few months.
